The images represent this season’s background and props so you know what to expect from your picture day. Our background this fall is a lovely deep blue that is timeless and coordinates with all your favorite colors.  Your portraits will look great all year round!   

You are welcome to have your child bring a favorite stuffy or book from home to use in their photos.  Don’t forget to dress your child from head to toe so your full body poses look great too.

Picture day was today – now what?  All your questions answered below 😊

Image galleries are guaranteed to be online within 24 hours! Most galleries will be online by dinner time on picture day.  Your school will be sending home a half page QR card on picture day.  Once you use your phone camera to scan the QR code then you can register to be notified when your gallery is available.  Because you want to share with all your family, be sure to enter all their contact info.

Soon you will receive a ‘portraits are available’ text or email and you can click the link to view all your images.  Shop 24/7 from your phone or computer!  There are many packages to choose from, individual prints, novelty and gift items and digital downloads are available.  Order quickly to receive the best prices! 

Once you have made your selections, your order is shipped directly to you.  Pay no shipping if you place your order in the first three days an event is online.

FAQ

Q – I have multiple children and they are in separate galleries.  Can I place one order for all my kids?
A – Yes!  In each child’s gallery, hover over the image you like and click the heart shape to make the image a favorite.  Once you have done this for all the images you want in each gallery, click the tab labeled ‘favorites’ and all the images you chose should be available.
 
Q – Can I get touch-ups on an image?
A – Yes! First fill your cart with the package/product you desire. During the ordering process you will given the option to add touch-ups to your order.

Q – Can I place an order over the phone rather than the website?
A – Yes!  We are glad to take a phone order.  Please contact us at 866-595-3579.
 
Q – I received my order but it was damaged.  Will you reprint it?
A – Yes!  If your order arrived damaged, please contact us by email at info@visualimagedayton.com and include photos of the damage along with your child’s name and school.

Q – I want more photos – what’s the easiest way to place a reorder?
A – Awesome!  There is a QR code and link on the back side of your prints that will take you directly to your gallery where you can place another order.  Thank you!
